John Corvino

John Corvino is an American philosopher, a professor of philosophy and former dean of the Irvin D. Reid Honors College at Wayne State University in Detroit, known for his writing on the morality of homosexuality. He is sometimes called The Gay Moralist, a name he adopted while writing a column of the same title, reflecting a body of work focused on applied ethics and the philosophical case for LGBTQ rights.
