Robert Gooding-Williams

Robert Gooding-Williams is the Brooks and Suzanne Ragen Professor of Philosophy at Yale University. He was previously the M. Moran Weston and Black Alumni Council Professor of African-American Studies and Professor of Philosophy at Columbia University, where he was the founding director of the Center for Race, Philosophy, and Social Justice. He specializes in the philosophy of race and in Continental philosophy, especially the work of Nietzsche.
