Jeffrey Goldsworthy is an Australian legal philosopher known for his work in the philosophy of law, constitutional theory and interpretation, and for his advocacy of originalism. He held a Personal Chair at Monash University Faculty of Law from 2000 to 2016, served as President of the Australian Society of Legal Philosophy from 2007 to 2014, and is known for his book The Sovereignty of Parliament: History and Philosophy.
