Region

Region names the place where a philosophical school actually began. Wikipedia notes Stoicism was "founded in the ancient Agora of Athens," and was "popularized through public teaching at the Stoa Poikile, a painted colonnade" in that same city. This dimension shows which places have produced the schools of thought that shaped later philosophy.
