Eugenio Bulygin, born Yevgeny Viktorovich Bulygin, who lived from July 25, 1931 to May 11, 2021, was a Russian born Argentine jurist and legal philosopher. Across a career spanning more than sixty years, through the second half of the twentieth century and into the first decades of the twenty first, he established himself as one of the main representatives of legal positivism in the Latin world.
