Fernand Deschamps (1868-1957) was a Belgian philosopher and professor who took part in the major socio-economic and ethical debates of the first half of the twentieth century. He was affiliated with the Higher Institute of Philosophy in Leuven, the University of Antwerp, and the Catholic University of Leuven.
